Location was marvellous and stunning, a 10-15 minute walk from a historic castle. The hosts of this apartment were polite and fantastic.

It's a pity but the bathroom was a little small.

We stayed for 5 night and enjoyed our stay. The facilities were modern and it had everything you need. There was a metro station 5 mins walk away.

Would stay here again, had an amazing stay for more than one night. The venue has bright rooms and stunning location near a subway station. You can relax at bar Coppa Club, situated 200 metres away.

The location of this place is fantastic, just near the Tower and river boat, and it's close to a tube station.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to popular attractions such as the Tower of London and the new Sky Garden building. the apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, including a washing machine. the telephone team was responsive and helpful in resolving any issues. the comfortable bed and excellent Wi-Fi were also notable advantages.

Great location, convenient self-check-in process, and good WiFi. The ability to check in early at no extra cost was a helpful bonus. The complimentary washing up items and good tea and coffee making facilities were also appreciated.

The apartment showed signs of wear and tear, with a non-functioning fan in the bathroom and a dishwasher that did not work. There were also some maintenance issues, such as a broken privacy blind and a wonky toilet roll holder.

The room was luxurious and in great condition, and the location was perfect for visiting a nearby iconic tower.

The lack of a reception and staff presence in the building was a downside, and although the contact number was provided, it would have been more reassuring to have someone available in person. The initial impression of the stairway being dingy made me hesitant about the condition of the room, but I was pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness and comfort.

This place was absolutely mind-blowing! The location was super convenient, with small supermarkets just a stone's throw away and the Monument and Tower Hill stations just a quick five-minute walk. The apartment itself was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfy. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the assortment of toiletries provided were top-notch. The complimentary snacks saved me when I missed supper. Yes, there were quite a few stairs to climb, but no worries, it was totally manageable. Getting in with the codes provided was a breeze. I had a jaw-droppingly fantastic time and would highly recommend it!
